Clearly, you didn't snooze!!! Nice POV Louis!
Louis: Yes, there were two of the pastries left. So you are feeling like fall in flagstaff. I hope that feels good smile

Intriguing - what is them, Louis?
Louis: Them is an idea of making easy snacks. You need phylo pastry cut squares (two of the thin layers is best). You put them in the hollows of a muffin or similar baking pan. The contents you prepare elsewhere and could be anything from sweet to savoury. In this case it is mince meat with salt, garlic and rosemary, with crumbed feta cheese. The slice of cherry tomato is for garnishing. Bake everything.
Tasty Pastry
Louis: Indeed they were, Martin
Eh eh, I bet you enjoyed eating them Louis!
Louis: Definitely, Richard
Yum! Looks tasty.
Louis: For sure, Mary
YAY. You're back and you DIDN'T snooze for long! You can make this for me any time!
Louis: Thanks for the enthusiasm, Ginnie. You come and visit, I will do my best smile
This looks good enough to eat Louis.
Louis: Oh, they were, gutteridge
Love how you've presented these delicious looking snacks in this shot, Louis. Thanks for posting the recipe. Looking forward to making these for the upcoming holiday season.
Louis: I left out a few steps, comparing to a real recipe - but I think those are obvious, especially when looking at the picture. Thanks for the comment, Beverly.
What with your pastries and Lisl's chutney I'm fast getting hungry looking at SC today.
Louis: That chutney really looked good, Brian.
You are the second into food preparation today!
Louis: The second you have viewed, but I may have posted first smile Heh, heh - I only posted late yesterday, so Lisl may still be first at posting ...

Louis: Thank you Frank. I slapped it with a little Orton effect.

I read your reply to Lisl... sounds delicious.
Louis: Oh, I did, Astrid. They are delicious and easy to make, if you have an oven.
nice presentation Louis, i like the soft, fuzzy feel
Louis: That soft fuzzy feel, comes from the Orton effect I applied to the picture. Thanks Ayush.
I am getting hungry again...
