Nicely coordinated!!
Louis: For a moment they were, thank you Elizabeth.
Elles font les curieuses.
Louis: C'est leur meilleure défense dans la nature. Pour être au courant, à tout moment.
Talk about a "blend-in," Louis. It reminds me of those images where you have to guess how many animals are hidden. smile
Louis: So, how many did you spot? smile Camouflage is a big thing among these wild animals. Both hunters and hunted.

They could be twins Louis
Louis: They very well could be, Chris.
Love the spelling Louis. These look well camouflaged in this shot.
Louis: The spelling is because of those big eggs they lay. In the colour version they are also camouflaged, thank you gutteridge.
Quite in harmony Louis! Well done indeed.
Louis: Thank you Richard. I had to shoot fast to catch the moment.
Great treatment Louis , is this one bird cloned?
Louis: Thank you Bill. You mean like Dolly? No. Or do you mean like in Photoshop? The answer is also, no.

This is wonderful, Louis...deserves to be blown up and used to fill up an entire wall in a livingroom.
Louis: Thanks Ray, quite an idea.

I rather like it, too, Louis
Louis: Thank you Lisl.
I believe you have an accent.
Louis: I have to use it, otherwise someone will think I am swearing.
lesson 1 on cloning, Louis. love the treatment.
Louis: Thank you Ayush. Lesson 1: pay the subjects an apple each, to pose the same way. Lesson 2: catch them and mount them with gorilla glue to a suitable background. Lesson 3: Buy Photoshop. Search until you find the clone stamp. And so on smile
This looks like a fine etching. And those birds are amazing...
Louis: Thank you Larry. It is difficult for me to feel at ease in these birds' company.
My first thought was similar to Bills then I thought that even in Photoshop it would be a big job to clone, so well done in capturing that fleeting moment.
Louis: Thank you Brian. With the grasses, shrubs and bushes against the outline of the birds, it would be a miracle clone - and like you said, it will take very long. Besides, looking closely at the heads of the birds, one will notice that they are at a different angle - although the difference is small.
Very nice treatment, Louis, a well captured moment also.
Louis: Thank you Frank, I was happy to catch the pose.
i like this in b&w. The feather lines of the birds and the way the light lands makes them look almost part of the grasses and tree branches.
Louis: You are right there, they can disappear quite easily. Thank you Jacquelyn.
