Wow, what a shot you got, Louis, I fully understand why you can't say where, well done.
Louis: Thank you Frank. I am glad it didn't react in its normal grumpy manner.

Jolie photo.

Thank you, Louis for not only showing but protecting this magnificent beast!
Louis: Thank you Ginnie. I can say that the subject is often observed at Bush #6.
I love how the bird sits peacefully on top of the rhino. You though were how close? So glad I saw this photo.
Louis: Thank you Jacquelyn. My guess is 40 - 50 yards.
I love the bird sitting on his back.
Louis: I believe the rhino also loves the bird. You will have to be cautious, Bill.
I think he rather liked having his photo taken by the look of it Louis.
Louis: A natural poser - could be, gutteridge.

Amazing shot! He looks as though he is checking for traffic before he crosses the road!!! Although I suspect he could stop most vehicles in their tracks.
Louis: It does look like that, blackdog.
Thank you for that diversion of dark forces. Also, WOW!
Louis: They deserve to be kept in the dark, Mary.
I believe things are getting very difficult to protect this magnificent creatures so your note is very wise. Quiet a cute little bird on its back.
Louis: It is a constant war of attrition. The past week there were successes with catching poachers.

Best mates
Louis: Symbiotic co-existence begets good relations.
Nice that it is carrying its own fly catcher around smile
Louis: More a tick mangler smile
he's a magnificent majestic animal Louis...
and thanks for not divulging his location... the friend on his head's beak looks as sharp as the white rhino's horns....petersmile
Louis: A prime example indeed. Thanks for the comment, peter.
