Looking wise...[probably thinks it is an owl].
Louis: That would take a lot of imagining - this bird is so small smile
Textbook...like all those years ago when you were doing such shots, Louis. You could make a book.
Louis: Thank you Ginnie. Even while I show some other pictures, I still shoot birds.

Smashing bird portrait, Louis
Louis: Thank you Lisl.
another fabulous bird shot, Louis. i watched a BBC video by David Attenborough some years ago which featured this bird or a warbler of similar kind. although i do not remember the details, i can still hear the call.
Louis: Thank you Ayush. The issue with these little birds is that they look the same. Birders refer to these as LBJ's (little brown jobs) - which also refers to the difficulty of identifying them. In many cases it helps to hear the bird call.

Excellent, Sir. You must have great patience.
Louis: It helps a lot, Mary, thank you.
A very well photographed lovely little bird.
Louis: This bird shows larger than life on a pc monitor. So technically it is a macro shot smile Thank you Brian.
