These pond damsels are probably sprites of some kind. The closest by identification will be Kersten's Sprite.

They are gorgeous, Louis...we have electric blue damsels just like these.
Louis: Thanks Ray. When I looked up the species, there were 4 species of electric blues and I am not even 100% sure that these is one of them.
What a wonderful shot, Louis - great thing to come across. We have Damselflies that look much like these!
